Noting that the General Assembly has requested the Secretary—General to continue to seek the views of Member States on the possible establishment of a voluntary fund for the victims of terrorism,
وإذ تلاحظ أن الجمعية العامة طلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن إمكانية إنشاء صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات لضحايا اﻹرهاب،

7. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to seek the views of Member States on the possible establishment of a voluntary fund for the victims of terrorism, as well as ways and means to rehabilitate the victims of terrorism and to reintegrate them into society;
٧ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن إمكانية إنشاء صندوق لﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات لضحايا اﻹرهاب، فضلا عن السبل والوسائل اللازمة لتأهيل ضحايا اﻹرهاب وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع؛

(f) To continue to seek the views and comments of the Governments and others concerned in the elaboration of his report, as well as to continue to carry out his work with discretion and independence;
(و) أن يواصل التماس آراء وتعليقات الحكومات والجهات الأخرى المعنية عند إعداد تقريره، وأن يقوم بعمله بحصافة واستقلال؛

(f) To continue to seek the views and comments of the Governments and others concerned in the elaboration of his report, as well as to continue to carry out his work with discretion and independence;

(و) أن يواصل التماس آراء وتعليقات الحكومات والجهات الأخرى المعنية عند إعداد تقريره، وأن يواصل القيام بعمله في تكتم واستقلال؛

2. In the same resolution, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to continue to seek the views of Member States on the implications of terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations, for the full enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, with a view to incorporating them into his report to the Assembly at its fifty-sixth session.
2 - وفي القرار ذاته، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول الأعضاء بشأن الآثار المترتبة على الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره بالنسبة إلى التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لكي يدرجها في تقريره المقدم إلى الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجمعية.

8. Welcomes the report of the Secretary-General A/54/439. and requests him to continue to seek the views of Member States on the implications of terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations, for the full enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, with a view to incorporating them in his report;
٨ - ترحب بتقرير اﻷمين العام)٦٣(، وتطلب إليه أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن اﻵثار المترتبة على اﻹرهاب، بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره، بالنسبة إلى التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية، بغرض إدراجها في تقريره؛ )٦٣( A/54/439.

Requests the Secretary-General to continue to seek the views of Member States on the possible establishment of a United Nations voluntary fund for victims of terrorism, as well as ways and means to rehabilitate the victims of terrorism and to reintegrate them into society, and to submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session, for its consideration, a report containing comments made by Member States on the subject;
" ٦ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن إمكانية إنشاء صندوق لﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات لضحايا اﻹرهاب، فضلا عن السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بإعادة تأهيل ضحايا اﻹرهاب وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع، وأن يقـدم إلـى الجمعية العامـة فـي دورتها الثانيـة والخمسين تقريرا يتضمـن تعليقات الدول اﻷعضاء على هذا الموضوع، كي تنظر فيه؛

Requests the Secretary-General to continue to seek the views of Member States on the possible establishment of a United Nations voluntary fund for victims of terrorism, as well as ways and means to rehabilitate the victims of terrorism and to reintegrate them into society, and to submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session, for its consideration, a report containing comments made by Member States on the subject;
٦ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل التماس آراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن إمكانية إنشاء صندوق لﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات لضحايا اﻹرهاب، فضلا عن السبل والوسائل اللازمة ﻹعادة تأهيل ضحايا اﻹرهاب وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع، وأن يقـدم إلـى الجمعية العامـة فـي دورتها الثانيـة والخمسين تقريرا يتضمـن تعليقات الدول اﻷعضاء على هذا الموضوع، كي تنظر فيه؛

28. Also requests the independent expert to continue to seek the views and suggestions of States, international organizations, United Nations agencies, funds and programmes, regional economic commissions, international and regional financial institutions and non-governmental organizations on the draft general guidelines and his proposal of possible elements for consideration, and urges them to respond to his requests;
28- يطلب إلى الخبير المستقل أيضاً أن يواصل التماس آراء واقتراحات الدول، والمنظمات الدولية، ووكالات الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها، واللجان الاقتصادية الإقليمية، والمؤسسات المالية الدولية والإقليمية، والمنظمات غير الحكومية، بشأن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية العامة وبشأن اقتراحه المتعلق بالعناصر الممكن النظر فيها، ويحث هذه الأطراف على الاستجابة لطلباته؛

25.
