In particular, they shall give women equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property and shall treat them equally in all stages of procedure in courts and tribunals.
وبوجه خاص، تَمْنَح المرأةَ حقوقا متساوية في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات وتعُامِلها بالتساوي في جميع مراحل الإجراءات في المحاكم والهيئات القضائية.

- Article 26(1): Right to conclude contracts and to administer property
المادة 26(1): الحق في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات

25. The rights provided in this article overlap with and complement those in article 15 (2) in which an obligation is placed on States to give women equal rights to enter into and conclude contracts and to administer property.
٢٥ - تتداخل الحقـــوق المنصوص عليها في هـــذه المادة وتتكامل مع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٥ )٢( التي تلزم الدول بمنح المرأة حقوقا مساوية للدخول في التعاقدات وإبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات.

2. States Parties shall accord to women, in civil matters, a legal capacity identical to that of men and the same opportunities to exercise that capacity. In particular, they shall give women equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property and shall treat them equally in all stages of procedure in courts and tribunals. "
" ٢ - تمنح الدول اﻷطراف المرأة في الشؤون المدنية أهلية قانونية مماثلة ﻷهلية الرجل ونفس فرص ممارسة تلك اﻷهلية وتكفل للمرأة بوجه خاص حقوقا مساوية لحقوق الرجل في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات وتعاملها على قدم المساواة في جميع مراحل اﻹجراءات المتبعة في المحاكم والهيئات القضائية.

25- تتداخل الحقوق المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة وتتكامل مع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادة 15(2) التي تلزم الدول بمنح المرأة حقوقاً مساوية للدخول في التعاقدات وإبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات.

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women requires women's " equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property " and " [t]he same rights for both spouses in respect of the ownership, acquisition, management, administration, enjoyment and disposition of property. " (Arts 15(2), 16(1) (h))
وتنص اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة أن يكون للمرأة " حقوق مساوية لحقوق الرجل في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات " و " نفس الحقوق لكلا الزوجين فيما يتعلق بملكية وحيازة الممتلكات، والإشراف عليها، وإدارتها، والتمتع بها، والتصرف فيها " . (المادتان 15 (2) و 16 (1) (ح)).
