We note that in paragraph 2 of resolution 50/67 the General Assembly urges the States of the region to continue to make all possible efforts to establish such a zone in South Asia and to refrain, in the meantime, from any action contrary to that objective.
ونحيط علما بأن الجمعية العامة في الفقرة ٢ من قرارها ٠٥/٧٦ حثت الدول في المنطقة على أن تواصل بذل كل جهد ممكن ﻹنشاء هذه المنطقة في جنوب آسيا وعلى أن تمتنع، في غضون ذلك، عن القيام بأي عمل يتنافى مع هذا الهدف.

Kenya, therefore, calls upon Member States to contribute actively to the achievement of the objective of the peaceful use of outer space and to refrain from actions contrary to that objective.

كما نود أن نكرر نداء المجتمع الدولي إلى جميع الدول، ولا سيما تلك التي تتمتع بقدرات فضائية كبيرة، لكي تساهم بنشاط في الاستخدام السلمي للفضاء الخارجي وتمنع حدوث سباق تسلح في الفضاء الخارجي وتمتنع عن اتخاذ الإجراءات التي تتعارض مع هذا الهدف.

In this connection, I would like to refer to resolution 51/44 introduced by Egypt and adopted by the General Assembly and which called upon all States, in particular those with major space capabilities, to contribute actively to the objective of the peaceful use of outer space and of the prevention of an arms race in outer space and to refrain from any actions contrary to that objective.
وأود أن أشير هنا إلى القرار ١٥/٤٤ الذي قدمته مصر واعتمدته الجمعية العامة، والذي دعا كافة الدول وباﻷخص تلك التي تمتلك قدرات كبيرة في مجال الفضاء الخارجي إلى المشاركة بنشاط لتحقيق هدف الاستخدام السلمي للفضاء الخارجي، ومنع سباق التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي، والامتناع عن أية أعمال مخالفة لهذا الهدف.

4. Calls upon all States, in particular those with major space capabilities, to contribute actively to the objective of the peaceful use of outer space and of the prevention of an arms race in outer space and to refrain from actions contrary to that objective and to the relevant existing treaties in the interest of maintaining international peace and security and promoting international cooperation;

General Assembly resolution 53/76, which is presented jointly to the First Committee every year by Egypt and Sri Lanka, called upon all States, in particular those with major space capabilities, to contribute actively to the objective of the peaceful use of outer space and of the prevention of an arms race in outer space and to refrain from actions contrary to that objective which could lead to the militarization of outer space.
لقد دعا قرار الجمعية العامة رقم 76/53، الذي تتعاون مصر وسري لانكا في كل دورة في تقديمه للجنة الأولى، كافة الدول وبالأخص تلك التي تمتلك قدرات كبيرة في مجال الفضاء الخارجي إلى المشاركة بنشاط في جهود تحقيق هدف الاستخدام السلمي الخالص للفضاء الخارجي، ومنع سباق التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي، والامتناع عن أية أعمال مخالفة لهذا الهدف كتلك التي تؤدي إلى التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي.

General Assembly resolution 55/32, which is one of a series of resolutions presented by Egypt every year in rotation with Sri Lanka in the First Committee, calls upon all States, in particular those with major space capabilities, to contribute actively to the objective of the peaceful use of outer space and the prevention of an arms race in outer space and to refrain from actions contrary to that objective.
سيدي الرئيس يأتي قرار الجمعية العامة 32/55 في إطار سلسلة من القرارات التي تطرحها مصر سنوياً بالتناوب مع سري لانكا فيما بينها في اللجنة الأولى ويدعو هذا القرار كافة الدول وبالأخص تلك التي تمتلك قدرات كبيرة في مجال الفضاء الخارجي إلى المساهمة بنشاط في تحقيق هدف الاستخدام السلمي للفضاء الخارجي. ومنع سباق التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي والامتناع عن أي أعمال مخالفة لهذا الهدف.
