At the 31st meeting, on 22 November, the Chairman orally proposed a draft decision concerning the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the investigation into the misdirection of contributions made by Member States to the United Nations Environment Programme Trust Fund account, which the Committee adopted without a vote (see para. 18, draft decision I).
