`2` استحداث امكانية القيام، بواسطة أمر صادر عن محكمة أو أية وسيلة أخرى مناسبة، باسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المنشأة ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية وذلك لفترة زمنية معقولة؛

`2` استحداث إمكانية القيام، بأمر صادر عن محكمة أو أية وسيلة أخرى مناسبة، ولفترة زمنية معقولة، بإسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المنشأة ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية؛

States Parties shall consider the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction and the establishment of national records of persons thus disqualified from acting as directors of legal persons.
6- تنظر الدول الأطراف في إمكانية إسقاط الأهلية، بأمر قضائي أو بأي وسيلة مناسبة لفترة زمنية معقولة، عن الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المؤسَّسة داخل ولاياتها القضائية، وفي إنشاء سجل وطني بالأشخاص الذين أُسقطت أهليتهم للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية.

States Parties shall consider the possibility of disqualifying by court order or other appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from holding any office and from being elected to any office and the establishment of national records of persons thus disqualified.
6- تنظر الدول الأطراف في امكانية إسقاط الأهلية، بأمر قضائي أو بأي وسيلة مناسبة لفترة زمنية معقولة، عن الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية لشغل أي منصب وللترشح لأي منصب، وفي إنشاء سجل وطني بالأشخاص الذين أُسقطت أهليتهم على هذا النحو.

States Parties shall consider the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction and the establishment of national records of persons thus disqualified from acting as directors of legal persons.
3- تنظر الدول الأطراف في امكانية القيام، بأمر قضائي أو بأية وسيلة مناسبة لفترة زمنية معقولة، بإسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين لهيئات اعتبارية مؤسسة داخل ولاياتها القضائية وبإنشاء سجل وطني بالأشخاص الذين أُسقطت أهليتهم للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية.
