96. Mr. Wang Zhaoxue (China) said that his country opposed the adoption of country-specific human rights special procedures, because they were contrary to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations, damaged mutual trust and would be of no help to cooperation in the field of human rights.
96 - السيد وانغ جاوشو (الصين): أعرب عن معارضة بلده لاعتماد إجراءات خاصة عن حقوق الإنسان في بلد بعينه، نظرا إلى أن تلك الإجراءات تتناقض مع مبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وتقوض الثقة المتبادلة، ولن تساعد على قيام التعاون في ميدان حقوق الإنسان.

14. Requests the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to explore ways and means to enhance cooperation in the field of human rights, taking into account the views contained in the above-mentioned report of the High Commissioner, and further views from States and relevant stakeholders, and to submit proposals in this regard to the Council at its nineteenth session;
14- يطلب إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان استكشاف سبل ووسائل تعزيز التعاون في ميدان حقوق الإنسان وكذا وسائل تسهيل تبادل المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات في هذا الصدد، آخذة في الاعتبار الآراء الواردة في تقرير المفوضة السامية المشار إليه أعلاه وآراء الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين، وأن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة مقترحات في هذا الصدد؛

Finally, the Council specifically requests " the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to explore ways and means to enhance cooperation in the field of human rights " (para. 14), to facilitate exchanges of information and best practices in this regard, taking into account the " views " of " States and relevant stakeholders " , and to submit proposals to the Council at its nineteenth session.

I. Introduction 1. In its resolution 18/19, the Human Rights Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human to develop a framework with the Government of Yemen for continued dialogue and strengthened cooperation in the field of human rights, and invited the Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR) to present a progress report on the situation of human rights in Yemen to the Council at its nineteenth session.
