21.51 The subprogramme is expected to achieve its objectives and expected accomplishments on the assumption that: (a) there are no significant shortfalls in extrabudgetary resources; and (b) the political stability is sufficient to facilitate a Cooperative Environment among member countries in the region and to enable an effective implementation of technical cooperation.
21-51 يتوقع أن يحقق هذا البرنامج الفرعي أهدافه وإنجازاته المتوقعة على أساس افتراض ما يلي: (أ) عدم حدوث أوجه عجز كبيرة في الموارد الخارجة عن الميزانية؛ و (ب) كفاية الاستقرار السياسي من أجل تيسير نشوء بيئة تعاونية بين البلدان الأعضاء في المنطقة، وتمكين التنفيذ الفعال للتعاون التقني.

21.52 The subprogramme is expected to achieve its objectives and expected accomplishments on the assumption that: (a) extrabudgetary resources are made available to the Commission in a timely manner for its operational activities; and (b) the political stability is sufficient to facilitate a Cooperative Environment among member countries in the region as well as effective implementation of technical cooperation.
