٣- ويجوز لمنظمات الشعوب اﻷصلية التي ليس لها مركز استشاري والراغبة في المشاركة في أعمال الفريق أن تقدم طلبات الى منسق العقد الدولي لشعوب العالم اﻷصلية.

(c) Requested the Coordinator of the International Decade of the World's Indigenous People to forward all applications and information received to the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations;
)ج( التوجه الى منسق العقد الدولي للسكان اﻷصليين في العالم بطلب إرسال جميع الطلبات والمعلومات الواردة إلى اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية؛

5. Requests the Coordinator of the International Decade, in accordance with the procedures established by the Commission on Human Rights in resolution 1995/32 and following consultations with the States concerned, in accordance with Article 71 of the Charter of the United Nations, to forward all applications and information received to the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations of the Economic and Social Council;
٥- يرجو من منسق العقد الدولي أن يرسل جميع الطلبات والمعلومات الواردة الى لجنة المجلس المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، وذلك وفقا للاجراءات التي تقررها لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في القرار ٥٩٩١/٢٣ وبعد اجراء مشاورات مع الدول المعنية، وفقاً للمادة ١٧ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة؛

100. Since the Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights, who is also the Coordinator of the International Decade of the World's Indigenous People, had not been able to attend the opening of the twelfth session of the Working Group, he began his statement by welcoming all participants.
٠٠١- وبما أن مساعد اﻷمين العام لحقوق اﻹنسان، الذي هو أيضا منسق العقد الدولي للشعوب اﻷصلية في العالم، لم يتمكـن مـن حضور افتتاح الدورة الثانية عشـرة للفريـق العامل، فقد بدأ بيانـه بالترحيب بجميع المشتركين.

5. Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, as Coordinator of the International Decade of the World’s Indigenous People:
٥ - تطلب إلى مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق اﻹنسان، بصفتها منسقة العقد الدولي للسكان اﻷصليين في العالم، القيام بما يلي:

22. The Advisory Group recommended the allocation of US$ 92,800 to the following activities of the High Commissioner in his capacity as Coordinator of the International Decade:
22- أوصى الفريق الاستشاري بتخصيص مبلغ 800 92 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة لتمويل الأنشطة التالية للمفوضة السامية بصفتها منسقة العقد الدولي:

52. The High Commissioner, in her capacity as the Coordinator of the International Decade of the World’s Indigenous People, encouraged Governments to adopt a declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples before the end of the Decade (2004).
52- وشجعت المفوضة السامية، بصفتها منسقة العقد الدولي للسكان الأصليين في العالم الحكومات على اعتماد إعلان بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية قبل نهاية العقد (2004).

“7. The Council requests the United Nations Development Programme and other components of the United Nations system, in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights as Coordinator of the International Decade of the World’s Indigenous People, to ensure that their programmes address the rights of indigenous people.
" ٧ - ويطلب المجلس إلى برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي وغيره من عناصر منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة أن تقوم، بالتعاون مع مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق اﻹنسان بصفتها منسقة للعقد الدولي لسكان العالم اﻷصليين، لكفالة أن تتناول برامجها حقوق السكان اﻷصليين.
