125. The interim correctional and rehabilitation Centres Act (law No. 40 of 2001), for its part, specifies the rights of a child born to a mother who is an inmate of a correctional and rehabilitation centre, as follows:

140. The interim correctional and rehabilitation Centres Act (law No. 40 of 2001) provides that a child who is not over three years of age and who has no one to support him or her may stay with his or her mother where the mother is an inmate of a correctional and rehabilitation centre.
140- ينص قانون مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل المؤقت رقم 40 لسنة 2001 على أن يقيم الطفل الذي لم يتجاوز الثالثة من العمر ولا معيل لـه مع والدته النزيلة في مركز الإصلاح والتأهيل.

51. The personnel of the correctional and rehabilitation Centers are major beneficiaries of such training. A training centre associated with the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers was established.

220. We may also note in passing that women's correctional and rehabilitation centres supervised by the Ministry of Public Security provide training and rehabilitation programmes for their inmates. The women are given training in various types of skills during the period of their detention, and they also engage in a number of cultural activities and undergo social and psychological rehabilitation.
220 - وعلى مستوى آخر وفيما يتعلق ببرامج تأهيل النساء النزيلات في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل تشرف مديرية الأمن العام على تدريب النساء النزيلات وتأهيلهن بمهارات متعددة بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأنشطة الثقافية وبرامج التأهيل الاجتماعي والنفسي.

123. Under the Juveniles Act (law No. 24 of 1968 and amendments thereto), juveniles may not be detained in correctional and rehabilitation centres, but only in juvenile welfare centres run by the Ministry of Social Development.
123- لا يجيز قانون الأحداث رقم 24 لسنة 1968 وتعديلاته إدخال الأطفال إلى مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل، وإنما إيداعهم في مراكز رعاية الأحداث التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، مما يعني أن مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل تخلو من الأحداث.

6. Also, no person with signs of any type of injury may be admitted to correctional and rehabilitation centres except after being examined by the forensic doctor to obtain a legal medical report and conduct the necessary investigations.
6- كذلك فإنه لا يسمح بقبول أي شخص في أماكن التوقيف أو مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل إذا كانت تبدو عليه آثار لأي نوع من الإصابات إلا بعد عرضه على الطبيب الشرعي للحصول على تقرير طبي قضائي وإجراء التحقيقات اللازمة.

28. In 2009, human rights organizations, Public Prosecutors and members of the National Centre for Human Rights made 869 visits to correctional and rehabilitation centres.
28- تم القيام بعدد كبير من الزيارات لمراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل في الأردن وذلك من قبل المنظمات المعنية بحقوق الإنسان وأعضاء النيابة العامة والمركز الوطني لحقوق الإنسان وقد بلغت مجموع هذه الزيارات 869 زيارة خلال عام 2009.

Under the Juveniles Act, young offenders may not be held in correctional and rehabilitation centres, but only in social welfare institutions for juveniles. This promotes their social reintegration by preventing them from associating with adult offenders and thereby protecting them from possible abuse and exploitation (Juveniles Act, art. 4).

99. Cooperation with international mechanisms: A visit to two correctional and rehabilitation institutions (women's local - new main A) was conducted by an expert from the International Centre for Prison Studies and the United Kingdom Regional Counter-Terrorism Advisor.
99- التعاون مع الآليات الدولية: زيارة خبير المركز الدولي والمستشار الإقليمي لشئون مكافحة الإرهاب بالمملكة المتحدة مؤسستي الإصلاح والتأهيل (النساء المحلي - الجديدة الرئيسي أ) وقد أبدى الخبير الدولي ارتياحه لهذه الزيارة متمنياً تطوير الشراكة الليبية البريطانية في مجال السجون.

Under article 15 of the correctional and rehabilitation Centres Act of 2004, pregnant women detained in one of these centres and their children are entitled to special care and protection. Where the woman gives birth in the centre, the registry in the governorate in which the centre is located records only the place of birth, and the woman inmate is allowed to keep her child with her until the child is three years of age.
رعاية وحماية لخصوصية المرأة نزيلة مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل وطفلها، نصت المادة 15 من قانون مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل لسنة 2004 على أنه إذا وضعت النـزيلة حملها داخل مركز الإصلاح والتأهيل فإنه يكتفي بتسجيل مركز المحافظة التي يقع فيها المركز مكاناً للولادة وإمكانية احتفاظ النـزيلة بمولودها حتى إكماله ثلاث سنوات واستحداث دار حضانة لأطفال النـزيلات.
