يعاقب على الدعاية للحرب، أي نشر الدعوة إلى شن حرب عدوانية باستخدام وسائط الإعلام أو أية وسيلة أخرى، بالأعمال الإصلاحية لمدة أقصاها عامان أو بالسجن لمدة أقصاها خمس سنوات.

٥٧- وتنص المادة ١٨ من قانون العمل اﻹصلاحي للجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية على الفصل بين المدانين مؤسسات العمل اﻹصلاحي.

116. Under article 139 of the Criminal Code, a violation of trade union rights, i.e. prevention of the lawful activity of trade unions and their organs, is punishable by corrective labour for a term of not more than one year or by dismissal from employment or by a fine.
