(e) Technological assistance to countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war;
(هـ) المساعدة التكنولوجية إلى البلدان المتضررة بالألغام والمخلفات المتفجرة للحرب؛

Recognition must be given here to the donor countries which provided the necessary funds to help those countries affected by mines.
ويجب أن يُعترف هنا بالفضل للبلدان المانحة التي قدمت الأموال اللازمة لمساعدة البلدان المتأثرة بالألغام.

(a) Assistance to countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war for the establishment and development of national mine-action capacities, including, where appropriate, in the fulfilment of the relevant international obligations of those countries;
(أ) المساعدة إلى البلدان المتضررة من الألغام والمتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب من أجل بناء قدرات وطنية في مجال الإجراءات المتعلقة بالألغام وتطويرها، لأغراض منها، حسب الاقتضاء، وفاء تلك البلدان بالتزاماتها الدولية في هذا الصدد؛

(e) Technological assistance (i) to countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war; and (ii) to promote user-oriented scientific research on and development of mine-action techniques and technology that are effective, sustainable, appropriate and environmentally sound;
(هـ) المساعدة التكنولوجية ' 1` إلى البلدان المتضررة من الألغام والمتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب؛ ' 2` لتشجيع البحث العلمي بشأن التقنيات والتكنولوجيا الفعالة والمستدامة والمناسبة والسليمة بيئيا في مجال الإجراءات المتعلقة بالألغام وتشجيع تطويرها على نحو يلائم المستعمل؛

(a) Assistance to countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war for the establishment and development of national mine-action capacities, including, where appropriate, in the fulfilment of the relevant international obligations of those countries;
(أ) المساعدة إلى البلدان المتضررة من الألغام والمتفجرات من مخلّفات الحرب من أجل بناء قدرات وطنية في مجال الإجراءات المتعلقة بالألغام وتطويرها، لأغراض منها، حسب الاقتضاء، وفاء تلك البلدان بالتزاماتها الدولية في هذا الصدد؛

Reaffirming its deep concern at the tremendous humanitarian and development problems caused by the presence of mines and explosive remnants of war that have serious and lasting social and economic consequences for the populations of countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war,
وإذ تعيد تأكيد قلقها البالغ إزاء المشاكل الإنسانية والإنمائية الهائلة الناشئة عن وجود الألغام والمتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب() والتي تتسبب في عواقب اجتماعية واقتصادية وخيمة ودائمة لسكان البلدان المتضررة من الألغام والمتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب،

(a) Assistance to countries affected by mines and explosive remnants of war for the establishment and development of national mine-action capacities;
