3. Invites countries of eastern and central Europe to pursue consultations with a view to producing a draft additional regional implementation annex to the Convention;
٣- يدعو بلدان شرق ووسط أوروبا إلى مواصلة المشاورات بغية وضع مشروع مرفق إضافي للاتفاقية عن التنفيذ اﻹقليمي؛

4. Invites also the countries of eastern and central Europe to submit a draft additional regional implementation annex to the Convention for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third session;
٤- يدعو أيضاً بلدان شرق ووسط أوروبا إلى تقديم مشروع مرفق إضافي للاتفاقية عن التنفيذ اﻹقليمي لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته الثالثة؛

A tripartite seminar, held at Strasbourg in November 1997 for countries of eastern and central Europe on the subject of labour administration as a vector of development, emphasized the need to adapt the system of labour administration to specific national factors, such as the relative strength of the social partners and of tripartite consultation machinery.
