23. With regard to travel arrangements, while the parameters for financing the participation of developing country member States in the sessions of the universal periodic review are consistent with established practice for the General Assembly, the post facto reimbursement procedure has proven unsatisfactory.
23- أما فيما يتعلق بترتيبات السفر فإنه في حين أن معايير تمويل مشاركة الدول الأعضاء من البلدان النامية في دورات الاستعراض الدوري الشامل تتفق مع الممارسة المتّبعة في الجمعية العامة إلاّ أنه اتّضح أن الإجراء المتمثل في السداد بأثر رجعي غير مُرضٍ.

8. Invites developing country member States to improve the impact of South-South cooperation initiatives on sustainable development and to exchange best practices in planning, implementation, data collection and information management;
8 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء من البلدان النامية إلى تحسين تأثير مبادرات التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب التي تتخذ بهدف تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وإلى تبادل أفضل الممارسات في مجالات التخطيط والتنفيذ وجمع البيانات وإدارة المعلومات؛

24. Although the parameters for financing the participation of developing country member States in the universal periodic review sessions are consistent with established practice for the General Assembly, the post facto reimbursement procedure has proven unsatisfactory, as the recipient Member States have experienced difficulties in submitting the required documentation to enable the settlement of the claims.
24- وبالرغم من أن معايير تمويل مشاركة الدول الأعضاء من البلدان النامية في دورات الاستعراض الدوري الشامل تتسق مع الممارسة المتبعة في الجمعية العامة، فقد ثبت أن عملية السداد بأثر رجعي غير مرضية، ذلك أن الدول الأعضاء المستفيدة تعاني صعوبات في تقديم المستندات اللازمة لتسوية المطالبات.
