20- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة من البلدان النامية والأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، بدعم من الأطراف من البلدان المتقدمة والمؤسسات المعنية، إلى تعزيز تدابير بناء القدرات والعمليات القائمة على المشاركة في ميدان إدارة الموارد الطبيعية؛

3. Decides that the review of the reports of other affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention on implementation of the UNCCD at future intersessional sessions of the CRIC will be conducted in alphabetical order.
3- يقرر اتباع الترتيب الأبجدي في استعراض التقارير المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية المقدمة من البلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة الأخرى ومن الأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية في دورات مقبلة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية تُعقد فيما بين دورات مؤتمر الأطراف.

Encourages the developed country Parties and the relevant international organizations to further take into account the aims and objectives of the UNCCD in their strategies to support the efforts of the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention in the context of the implementation of the Convention;
4- يُشجِّع البلدان النامية الأطراف والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة على أن تراعي في استراتيجياتها بمزيد من الاهتمام مقاصد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر وأهدافها بغية دعم جهود البلدان النامية الأطراف المتضررة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، في سياق تنفيذ الاتفاقية؛

Encourages the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention which have not yet adopted national action programmes and, if applicable, subregional and regional action programmes, actively to pursue the goal of finalizing their programmes before the end of 2005 at the latest;
7- يُشجِّع البلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية التي لم تعتمد بعد برامج عمل وطنية وكذلك، عند الاقتضاء، برامج عمل إقليمية ودون إقليمية، على السعي سعيًا حثيثًا لتحقيق هدف استكمال برامجها قبل نهاية عام 2005 كحد أقصى؛

3. Invites affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention, with support from their bilateral and multilateral partners, to effectively mainstream and implement their NAP in line with ongoing national development initiatives and poverty eradication processes;
3- يدعو الأطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة والأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية إلى القيام، بدعم من شركائها الثنائيين والمتعددي الأطراف، بإدماج برامج عملها الوطنية وتنفيذها بفعالية بما يتفق مع ما يجري تنفيذه من مبادرات للتنمية الوطنية وعمليات للقضاء على الفقر؛

7. Invites affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention, with support from their bilateral and multilateral partners, to foster the conclusion of partnership agreements for the implementation of the Convention;
7- يدعو الأطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة والأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية إلى القيام، بدعم من شركائها الثنائيين والمتعددي الأطراف، بالتشجيع على إبرام اتفاقات شراكة لأغراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية؛

Stresses that the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention need to enhance the role and effectiveness of the Convention in their national development strategies, and request for assistance in combating desertification and eliminating poverty, taking into consideration the importance of the participatory approach and the important role of the private sector;
3- يُشدِّد على أنه ينبغي للبلدان الأطراف النامية المتأثرة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية أن تعزز دور الاتفاقية وفعاليتها في استراتيجياتها الوطنية الإنمائية، وأن تلتمس المساعدة بوضوح في ما يخص مكافحة التصحر والقضاء على الفقر، واضعة في اعتبارها أهمية النهج القائم على المشاركة والدور الهام الذي يقوم به القطاع الخاص في هذا الخصوص؛

Invites affected developing countries, other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention, bilateral donors and multilateral institutions to identify, as appropriate, chefs de file to expedite the necessary consultative process, including the country-driven consultative mechanisms for partnership arrangements under the UNCCD to enhance the efforts for partnership building;
5- يدعو البلدان النامية المتأثرة، والأطراف الأخرى المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، والمانحين الثنائيين، والمؤسسات المتعددة الأطراف إلى تحديد جهات رائدة، حسب مقتضى الحال، للتعجيل بالعملية الاستشارية الضرورية، بما فيها الآليات الاستشارية ذات التوجه القطري لوضع ترتيبات الشراكة في إطار اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر، من أجل زيادة الجهود الرامية إلى إقامة الشراكات؛

Invites the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention to include systematically in their reports to the Conference of the Parties the areas of strategic action defined in the Declaration, with a view to enabling a better assessment of the state of implementation of the Convention at all levels;
2- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية إلى أن تقوم، على نحوٍ منهجيٍّ، بإدراج المناطق التي يستهدفها العمل الاستراتيجي المحدد في الإعلان في صلب تقاريرها المرفوعة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف بغية السماح بإجراء تقييم أفضل لحالة تنفيذ الاتفاقية على كافة المستويات؛

In decision 4/COP.6, " the Conference of Parties encourages the developed country Parties and the relevant international organizations to further take into account the aims and objectives of the UNCCD in their strategies to support the efforts of the affected developing country Parties and other Parties covered by Regional Implementation Annexes of the Convention in the context of the implementation of the Convention " .
3- وشجع مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 4/م أ-6، " البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف المتضررة والمنظمات الدولية المعنية على أن تراعي في استراتيجياتها بمزيد من الاهتمام مقاصد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر وأهدافها بغية دعم جهود البلدان النامية الأطراف المتضررة وسائر الأطراف المشمولة بمرفقات التنفيذ الإقليمي للاتفاقية، في سياق الاتفاقية " .
