(ii) Assistance to victims of crimes covered by this Protocol, enabling their views and concerns to be presented and considered at appropriate stages of the criminal proceedings against the offenders, in a manner not prejudicial to the rights of the defence; and
`٢` المساعدة لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول لتمكينهم من عرض آرائهم وشواغلهم وأخذها في الاعتبار في المراحل الملائمة من الدعاوى الجنائية ضد المجرمين ، وذلك بشكل لا يخل بحقوق الدفاع ؛

(a) Information to victims of crimes covered by this Protocol with regard to the relevant court and administrative proceedings;
)أ( معلومات لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول ، تتعلق بالاجراءات القضائية والادارية ذات الصلة ؛

3. Each State shall endeavour to provide for the physical safety of victims of crimes covered by this Protocol while they are within its territory.
٣ - على كل دولة أن تسعى الى توفير اﻷمان الجسدي لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول أثناء وجودهم داخل اقليمها .

] States Parties shall protect the privacy of victims of crimes covered by this Protocol by maintaining the confidentiality of legal proceedings related to trafficking in persons.
أن تصون الحرمة الشخصية لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول بالحفاظ على سرية الاجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالاتجار باﻷشخاص .

States Parties shall protect the privacy of victims of crimes covered by this Protocol by maintaining the confidentiality of legal proceedings related to trafficking in persons.
أن تصون الحرمة الشخصية لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول بالحفاظ على سرية الاجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالاتجار باﻷشخاص .

States Parties may adopt measures stricter than those provided for in this Protocol if, in their opinion, such measures are desirable to prevent, combat and eradicate the crimes covered by this Protocol.
يجوز للدول اﻷطراف أن تعتمد تدابير أشد صرامة من التدابير المنصوص عليها في هذا البروتوكول ، اذا رأت أن تلك التدابير مستحسنة لمنع الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول ومكافحتها والقضاء عليها .

“1. States Parties shall protect the privacy of victims of crimes covered by this Protocol by maintaining, in their interests, the confidentiality of legal proceedings related to trafficking in persons.”
" ١ - يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تصون الحرمة الشخصية لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول بالحفاظ على سرية الاجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالاتجار باﻷشخاص ، حرصا على مصلحتهم . "

“(f) Shall provide appropriate housing, economic assistance and psychological, medical and legal support for victims of crimes covered by this Protocol;
" )و( أن توفر الملائم من الاسكان والمساعدة الاقتصادية والدعم النفسي والطبي والقانوني لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول ؛

(b) Assistance to victims of crimes covered by this Protocol, enabling their views and concerns to be presented and considered at appropriate stages of the criminal proceedings against the offenders, in a manner not prejudicial to the rights of the defence; and
)ب( مساعدات لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول ، تمكنهم من عرض آرائهم وشواغلهم وأخذها بعين الاعتبار في المراحل المناسبة من الاجراءات الجنائية ضد الجناة ، بما لا يمس حقوق الدفاع ؛

2. Each State Party shall consider implementing measures to provide for the physical, psychological and social recovery of victims of and witnesses to crimes covered by this Protocol, in order to foster their health, self-respect and dignity, in a manner appropriate to their age, gender and special needs.
٢ - على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في تنفيذ تدابير تتيح لضحايا وشهود الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول أن يستعيدوا عافيتهم البدنية والنفسانية والاجتماعية ، من أجل تحسين أحوالهم الصحية وتعزيز احترامهم الذاتي وكرامتهم ، على نحو يناسب أعمارهم وجنسهم واحتياجاتهم الخاصة .
