1. The person who committed a crime in the territory of the Republic of Armenia is subject to liability under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
1 - الشخص الذي يرتكب جريمة داخل حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا يخضع للمساءلة بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا.

Smuggling shall be punished in compliance with provisions of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
2 - يُعاقب على التهريب وفقا لأحكام القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا.

20. From 1990 to 1995 the following types of crimes, punished in accordance with articles 112 and 114 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, were committed against women:
