٦ - يطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يجري، عندما تطلب إليه الدول التي تبلغ عن اتساع نطاق زراعة نبتة القنب فيها، دراسة مع الشركاء في التنمية لجدوى تنفيذ برامج التنمية البديلة في تلك البلدان، رهنا بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية؛
