(أ) يبلغ فورا جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع وتاريخ إيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، واستلام الإخطارات الأخرى؛

The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall inform all signatory or acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or of accession, the date of entry into force of this Treaty, any proposals for amendments to the Treaty, any disputes that arise and their settlement, as well as other notifications, as necessary.
ويبلِّغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع جديد على هذه المعاهدة، وتاريخ إيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام، وتاريخ سريان هذه المعاهدة، وبالمقترحات المقدمة لتعديل هذه المعاهدة، وبالنزاعات الناشئة عنها وإجراءات تسويتها، فضلاً عن الإخطارات الأخرى، إذا اقتضى الأمر.
