2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد إيداع صك التصديق أو الانضمام العاشر، وذلك بعد مضي ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2- إذا صدّقت أي دولة على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبلتها أو أقرتها أو انضمت إليها بعد إيداع الصك [...] من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة لتلك الدولة في اليوم الأول من الشهر الذي يعقب انقضاء ستة أشهر على تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو انضمامها.

5. When a State or a regional economic integration organization ratifies, accepts or approves an amendment that has already entered into force, the amendment enters into force in respect of that State or that regional economic integration organization six months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
5- عندما تصدِّق دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية على تعديل سبق أنْ دخل حيِّز النفاذ أو تقبله أو تقرُّه، يبدأ نفاذ ذلك التعديل فيما يخصُّ تلك الدولة أو المنظمة بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها.

5. When a State or a regional economic integration organization ratifies, accepts or approves an amendment that has already entered into force, the amendment enters into force in respect of that State or that regional economic integration organization six months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
5 - عندما تصدِّق دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية على تعديل سبق أنْ دخل حيِّز النفاذ أو تقبله أو تقرُّه، يبدأ نفاذ ذلك التعديل فيما يخصُّ تلك الدولة أو المنظمة بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها.
