4. During a period of deferred compliance pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article, a High Contracting Party shall not use cluster munitions, other than those described in Technical Annex B, except:
4- خلال فترة تأجيل الامتثال بموجب الفقرة 3 من هذه المادة، لا يستخدم الطرف المتعاقد السامي الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك المبينة في المرفق التقني `باء` إلا في الحالتين التاليتين:

(ii) for those cluster munitions referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 5 - the entry into force of the Protocol for it or at the end of any period of deferred compliance pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 5; and

3- خلال فترة تأجيل الامتثال بموجب الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة، لا يستخدم الطرف المتعاقد السامي الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك المبينة في المرفق التقني باء إلا بعد موافقة صادرة عن القائد الأعلى رتبة في مسرح العمليات أو عن سلطة العمليات المناسبة المفوّضة سياسياً؛
