In defining the status of Abkhazia, Georgia proceeds from the following basic principles:

3. Reaffirms its commitment to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia, within its internationally recognized borders, and to the necessity of defining the status of Abkhazia in strict accordance with these principles, and underlines the unacceptability of any action by the Abkhaz leadership in contravention of these principles;
٣ - يؤكد من جديد التزامه بسيادة جورجيا وسلامتها اﻹقليمية، داخل حدودها المعترف بها دوليا، وكذلك بضرورة تحديد مركز أبخازيا في إطار الالتزام التام بهذه المبادئ، ويشدد على عدم مقبولية أي إجراء مخالف لهذه المبادئ قد تتخذه القيادة اﻷبخازية؛

At the same time, we welcome the common position of the mediators and observers in the negotiation process - the OSCE, Russian Federation, Ukraine, European Union and United States of America - that the settlement of the transnistrian problem should be based on defining the status of the Transnistrian region, while respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.
ونرحب، في الوقت ذاته، بالموقف المشترك للوسطاء والمراقبين في عملية التفاوض، منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، والاتحاد الروسي، وأوكرانيا، والاتحاد الأوروبي، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والذي يقضي بأن تسوية مشكلة ترانسنيستريا تتوقف على تحديد مركز منطقة ترانسنيستريا، مع احترام سيادة جمهورية مولدوفا وسلامة أراضيها.

The Albanian Government thinks that the process of discussing and defining the status of Kosovo has to take into consideration some basic elements that will undoubtedly lead to a long-term solution with a positive impact on stability, security and the Euro-Atlantic integration of the region.
