The second sentence of paragraph (1) provides that a proposal is sufficiently definite if it indicates the goods and expressly or implicitly fixes or makes provision for determining the quantity and the price.
تنصّ الجملة الثانية من الفقرة (1) على أنّ الاقتراح يكون محدّداً بصورة كافيّة إذا بيّن البضائع وعمد، صراحة أو ضمناً، إلى تحديد الكميّة والسعر أو كفل تحديدهما.

11- لكي يكون الاقتراح محدّداً بصورة كافية بموجب الجملة الثانية من الفقرة (1) يجب أن يعمد صراحة أو ضمناً إلى عدم تحديد الكميّة فقط أو يكفل تحديدها وإنّما السعر أيضاً.
