وقد طلب الأطراف من الأمانة، في الدورة السابعة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، استنباط إطار مشترك لتحديد واختيار أفضل الممارسات لكي تنـظر فيهـا الأطراف في الدورة الثامنة للجنة.

Taking into consideration the importance of this function, Parties requested the secretariat to develop a common framework for the definition and selection of best practices for consideration by Parties at the eighth session of the CRIC (CRIC 8).

66. The determination and dissemination of best practices are core functions of the CRIC. The Parties at CRIC 7 requested the secretariat to develop a common framework for the definition and selection of best practices for consideration by Parties.
66- يُعدُّ تحديد أفضل الممارسات ونشرها من المهام الأساسية للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية وقد طلبت الأطراف في الدورة السابعة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية إلى الأمانة أن تضع إطاراً مشتركاً لتحديد واختيار أفضل الممارسات لكي يُعرض على نظر الأطراف.

While respecting the criteria that will be used by Parties to identify best practices and success stories, the secretariat should define a common framework for the definition and selection of best practices.
(ب) مع مراعاة المعايير التي ستستخدمها الأطراف لتحديد أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الناجحة، ينبغي لها أن تعمد إلى تعريف إطارٍ موحَّد لتحديد أفضل الممارسات وانتقائها.

While respecting the criteria that will be used by Parties to identify best practices and success stories (criteria that are often based on the specificity of local socio-economic conditions), the secretariat should define a common framework for the definition and selection of best practices.
