(a) Project personnel in intermediate-term or in long-term status shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at the rates provided in staff regulation 3.4 (a) (i) and (ii).
(أ) يحق لموظفي المشاريع المعيّنين لآجال متوسطة والمعيَّنين لآجال طويلة الحصول على بدلات إعالة بالمعدلات المنصوص عليها في البند 3/4 (أ) `1 ' و `2 ' من النظام الأساسي للموظفين.

(a) Project personnel in intermediate-term or in long-term status shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at the rates provided in staff regulation 3.4 (a) (i) and (ii).
(أ) يحق لموظفي المشاريع المعيّنين لآجال متوسطة والمعيَّنين لآجال طويلة الحصول على بدلات إعالة بالمعدلات المنصوص عليها في البند 3/4 (أ) ' 1` و ' 2` من النظام الأساسي للموظفين.

(d) Staff members whose salary rates are set by the Secretary-General under paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at rates and under conditions determined by the Secretary-General, due regard being given to the circumstances in the locality in which the office is located;
(د) يحق للموظفين الذين يحدد الأمين العـــــام مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 5 أو الفقرة 6 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة بمعدلات وشروط يحددها الأمين العام، مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في موقع العمل؛

(d) Staff members whose salary rates are set by the Secretary-General under paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at rates and under conditions determined by the Secretary-General, due regard being given to the circumstances in the locality in which the office is located;
)د( يحق للموظفين الذين يحدد اﻷمين العام مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة ٥ أو الفقرة ٦ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة بمعدلات وشروط يحددها اﻷمين العام، مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في موقع العمل؛

(d) Staff members whose salary rates are set by the Registrar under paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of annex I shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at rates and under conditions determined by the Registrar, due regard being given to the circumstances in the locality in which the office is located.
)د( يحق للموظفين الذين يحدد المسجل مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة ٥ أو الفقرة ٦ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة بمعدلات وشروط يحددها اﻷمين العام، مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في مركز العمل.
