"depressed ground" - Translation from English to Arabic

MILAN – The Spanish economy is beginning to attract investors’ attention – and not only because asset prices are depressed in the current climate (arguably implying a good buy for longer-term, value investors). While there are huge problems that must still be overcome, there is also a clear sense on the ground that the economy has passed a turning point, roughly at the start of this year.
ميلانو ــ بدأ الاقتصاد الأسباني يجتذب اهتمام المستثمرين ــ وليس فقط لأن أسعار الأصول منخفضة في المناخ الحالي (وهو ما قد يعني ضمناً فرصة جيدة للمستثمرين في القيمة للأجل الطويل للشراء). ورغم المشاكل الضخمة التي لم يتم التغلب عليها بعد، فهناك أيضاً شعور واضح على أرض الواقع بأن الاقتصاد نجح في تجاوز نقطة تحول حاسمة، مع بداية هذا العام تقريبا.
