The Programme covers all areas (economic, social and environmental) of development and has 10 cross-cutting priority issues: poverty eradication, gender equality, employment, governance at the national and international levels, capacity-building, sustainable development, special problems of landlocked and small island developing States, and challenges faced by least developed countries affected by conflict.
