١١ - تقـرر أن تواصل، بغية تأمين مشاركة كل الدول اﻷعضاء مشاركة تامة في دورات اللجنة وأفرقتها العاملة، نظرها، في اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة خلال الدورة الثالثة والخمسين للجمعية العامة، في منح المساعدة المتعلقة بالسفر ﻷقل البلدان نموا اﻷعضاء في اللجنة، بناء على طلبها وبالتشاور مع اﻷمين العام؛

This requires ensuring that least developed countries that are members of regional trade agreements be provided with longer transition periods for trade liberalization and a more flexible set of rules, particularly those relating to the rules of origin, in order to support the building of productive capacity to participate in meaningful and beneficial trade.
ويتطلب ذلك أن تتاح لأقل البلدان نموا التي هي أعضاء في اتفاقات التجارة الإقليمية فترات انتقالية أطول من أجل تحرير التجارة ومجموعة قواعد أكثر مرونة، ولا سيما ما يتصل منها بقواعد المنشأ، بغية دعم بناء القدرة الانتاجية للمشاركة في عالم التجارة مشاركة هامة ومفيدة.
