The emphasis of Developing Science, technology and innovation is on establishing and strengthening institutions as well as promoting cooperation and collaboration among the pertinent actors involved in innovation of science and technology.
وينصب التركيز في تطوير العلم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار على إنشاء المؤسسات وتعزيزها، إلى جانب تشجيع التعاون والتآزر بين الجهات الفاعلة المعنية التي تشارك في الابتكار في مجالي العلم والتكنولوجيا.

Taking note of Resolutions No.33/8-C (IS), and 48/9E(IS) on ratification of the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology in the Islamic Countries; and Resolution 8/30-ST on the implementation of this strategy,

وإذ يلاحظ القرارين رقم 33/8 - ت (ق إ) والقرار رقم 48/9 - إق (ق إ) بشأن تصديق استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية والقرار 8/30 - ع ت بشأن تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية،

إذ أحيط علما بالقـــــرار رقم 33/8 - ث (ق إ)، والقــــرار رقم 48/9 - ث (ق إ) الصادرين عن مؤتمري القمة الإسلامية الثامنة والتاسعة بشأن التصديق على استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية،

1. Urges the implementation of the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology in the Islamic States, and the revised version of the implementing mechanisms in accordance with the resolutions of the First Islamic Conference of Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Riyadh, 15-18 October 2000),
1 - يحث على تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في الدول الإسلامية وآليات تنفيذها في صيغتها المعدلة طبقا للقرارات الصادرة عن المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي (الرياض، 15 - 18 أكتوبر 2000).

إذ أحيط علما بالقـرارات رقم 33/8 - ث (ق إ)، والقرار رقم 48/9 - ث (ق إ) ورقم 8/10 - ع ت (ق إ) الصادرة عن مؤتمرات القمة الإسلامية الثامنة والتاسعة والعاشرة بشأن التصديق على استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية،

1. Urges the implementation of the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology in the Islamic States, and the revised version of the implementing mechanisms in accordance with the resolutions of the First Islamic Conference of Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Riyadh, 15-18 October 2000).
1 - يحث على تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في الدول الإسلامية وآليات تنفيذها في صيغتها المعدلة طبقا للقرارات الصادرة عن المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي (الرياض، 15 - 18 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2000).

The Federal Space Programme in 1997 was directed towards priority tasks relating to the most important areas of the exploration and utilization of outer space for the purposes of Developing Science and technology and intensifying international cooperation.
وانصب تركيز البرنامج الفضائي الاتحادي في عام ٧٩٩١ على مهام ذات أولوية تتعلق بأهم مجالات استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في أغراض تطوير العلم والتكنولوجيا وتعزيز التعاون الدولي .

13. Took note with appreciation of the First Communique of the 2nd Meeting of the Consultative Council to implement the Strategy for Developing Science and Technology, which was held by ISESCO in Rabat in March 2003.
