I would like to recall that the Ministerial Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement was attended by Mr. Vladimir Petrovsky, Secretary-General of the Conference on Disarmament and Personal Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, who read out a message from the Secretary-General and delivered a statement before the Conference.
وتجدر اﻹشارة إلى حضور السيد فلاديمير بتروفسكي سكرتير عام مؤتمر نزع السلاح والممثل الشخصي لسكرتير عام اﻷمم المتحدة للمؤتمر الوزاري لحركة عدم الانحياز كممثل للسكرتير العام لﻷمم المتحدة حيث تلا رسالة باسم السكرتير العام. كما ألقى بياناً أمام المؤتمر.
