G. Capital punishment 41. In the discharge of her mandate, the Special Rapporteur takes action in cases of capital punishment in which there is reason to believe that international restrictions pertaining to the use of the death penalty are not respected.

1. In its resolution 65/197, the General Assembly requested the Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography to continue to submit reports to the Assembly and the Human Rights Council on the activities undertaken in the discharge of her mandate.
1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى المقررة الخاصة المعنية بمسألة بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء والمواد الإباحية، في القرار 65/197، أن تواصل تقديم تقارير إلى الجمعية العامة ومجلس حقوق الإنسان عن الأنشطة المضطلع بها في إطار أداء ولايتها.

47. In the discharge of her mandate, the Special Rapporteur takes action in cases of capital punishment in which there is reason to believe that international restrictions, as discussed in previous reports of the Special Rapporteur (see E/CN.4/2002/74) and outlined above in section I.B, are not respected.

She emphasizes her desire for constructive engagement with the States Members of the United Nations, and reiterates the importance of an inclusive and all-encompassing approach in the discharge of her mandate.
