Notes the Israeli withdrawal from within the Gaza Strip and parts of the northern West Bank and the importance of the dismantlement of the settlements therein as a step towards the implementation of the road map and the need for the parties to speedily resolve all remaining issues in the Gaza Strip;
3 - تلاحظ الانسحاب الإسرائيلي من قطاع غزة ومن أجزاء من شمال الضفة الغربية، وأهمية تفكيك المستوطنات فيها باعتبار ذلك خطوة نحو تنفيذ خريطة الطريق(8)، وضرورة قيام الطرفين بشكل عاجل بتسوية جميع المسائل المتبقية في قطاع غزة؛

Noting the Israeli withdrawal in 2005 from the Gaza Strip and parts of the northern West Bank and the dismantlement of the settlements therein as a step towards the implementation of the road map, and recalling in this regard the road map obligation upon Israel to freeze settlement activity, including so-called " natural growth " , and to dismantle all settlement outposts erected since March 2001,
وإذ تلاحظ انسحاب إسرائيل في عام 2005 من قطاع غزة وأجزاء من شمال الضفة الغربية وتفكيك المستوطنات فيها كخطوة نحو تنفيذ خريطة الطريق، وإذ تشير في هذا الصدد إلى الالتزام الواقع على إسرائيل بموجب خريطة الطريق بتجميد الأنشطة الاستيطانية، بما في ذلك ما يسمى " النمو الطبيعي " ، وإزالة جميع البؤر الاستيطانية المتقدمة التي أنشئت منذ آذار/مارس 2001،
