Any equipment or property which it would not be considered feasible to dispose of in accordance with (a) and (b) above or which is in poor condition, will be subject to commercial disposal, within the country, following standard United Nations regulations, rules and procedures;
)ج( أن توضع المعدات أو الممتلكات التي لا يمكن التصرف فيها وفقا للفقرتين )أ( و )ب( أعلاه أو التي هي بحالة رديئة، قيد التصرف التجاري داخل البلد ذاته، وذلك في إطار اﻷنظمة والقواعد والاجراءات الموحدة المعمول بها في اﻷمم المتحدة؛

(d) Any equipment or property not required or which it is not feasible to dispose of in accordance with subparagraphs (a), (b) or (c) above or which is in poor condition will be subject to commercial disposal in accordance with the procedures applicable to other United Nations equipment or property;
(د) يتم التصرف تجاريا في أية معدات أو ممتلكات لا تكون لازمة أو يتعذر التصرف فيها وفقا للفقرات الفرعية (أ) أو (ب) أو (ج) أعلاه أو تكون في حالة سيئة، وذلك وفقا للإجراءات المطبقة بالنسبة لمعدات أو ممتلكات الأمم المتحدة الأخرى؛

(d) Any equipment or property not required or which it is not feasible to dispose of in accordance with subparagraphs (a), (b) or (c) above or which is in poor condition will be subject to commercial disposal in accordance with the procedures applicable to other United Nations equipment or property;
(د) يتم التصرف تجاريا في أية معدات أو ممتلكات لا تكون لازمة أو يكون من غير المجدي التصرف فيها وفقا للفقرات الفرعية (أ) أو (ب) أو (ج) أعلاه أو تكون في حالة سيئة، وذلك وفقا للإجراءات المطبقة بالنسبة لمعدات أو ممتلكات الأمم المتحدة الأخرى؛
