633. While noting the State party's efforts for the dissemination of the Optional Protocol, as well as some training activities on its provisions, the Committee regrets that this is not done in a systematic and ongoing manner.

5. The Committee, while noting State party's efforts to raise awareness of human rights, in particular that human rights education is a component of school curricula at all levels of education, is concerned that no specific dissemination of the Optional Protocol has been undertaken.
5- رغم أن اللجنة تلاحظ الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف للتوعية بحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما أن التثقيف في مجال حقوق الإنسان يشكل عنصراً من المناهج الدراسية على جميع مستويات التعليم، فإن القلق يساورها إزاء عدم اتخاذ تدابير محددة لنشر البروتوكول الاختياري.

Nevertheless, the Committee is concerned that this approach has not been far-reaching and is concerned that the State party lacks a systematic and comprehensive approach to the dissemination of the Optional Protocol, which has contributed to a low level of understanding and awareness of the Optional Protocol among the public, children themselves, and professional groups working with children.
ولكنها تشعر بالقلق لعدم تطبيق هذا النهج على نطاق واسع، ولافتقار الدولة الطرف إلى أسلوب منهجي شامل لنشر البروتوكول الاختياري مما ساهم في تدني مستوى الفهم والوعي بالبروتوكول الاختياري لدى الجمهور والأطفال أنفسهم والفئات المهنية العاملة مع الطفل.
