٥ - يدينون أيضا الانتهاك الصارخ لسيادة إثيوبيا وسلامة أراضيها ومحاولة زعزعة السلام واﻷمن في إثيوبيا التي شكلها العمل اﻹرهابي الذي جرى في اﻷراضي اﻹثيوبية، ومحاولة إلحاق أضرار لا يمكن إصلاحها بمنظمــة الوحــدة اﻷفريقية وبأفريقيا بوجه عام من خلال محاولة اغتيال رئيس دولة أفريقي جاء إلى أديس أبابا للمشاركة في مؤتمر قمة لمنظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية؛
