)ب( الاحترام الكامل لمبادئ السيادة والسلامة اﻹقليمية والاستقلال السياسي للدول وعدم التدخل في المسائل التي تعد أساسا ضمن الاختصاص المحلي ﻷي دولة، وفقا لميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي؛

Article 2, paragraph 7, of the Charter of the United Nations clearly established that nothing contained in the Charter authorized the United Nations to intervene in matters which were essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any State.
