347. The Committee urges the State party to place high priority on the speedy adoption of the draft Civil Code in order to bring the relevant provisions promptly into line with articles 1, 2, 15 and 16 of the Convention.

أما مشروع القانون المدني الذي يخضع للمناقشة في البرلمان حاليا فهو ينص على إمكانية إقرار الزواج للنساء والرجال، لأسباب جدية، إذا كان/كانت قد بلغ/بلغت من العمر 16 عاما.

615. While the Committee notes that the new draft Civil Code contains measures aimed at solving this problem, it continues to be concerned at the current discrepancies between the minimum legal age for marriage of boys and girls.

59. The delegation pointed out that the draft Civil Code incorporated the right to identity and name in indigenous languages and a close follow-up of the births of children belonging to indigenous peoples.
