18. The following activities are to be implemented during the Third Decade:
٨١ - من المقرر أن تُنفذ خلال العقد الثالث اﻷنشطة التالية:

The protection of the rights and freedoms of minority groups should be a priority during the Third Decade to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination.
وطالب بأن تكون لحماية حقوق وحريات اﻷقليات اﻷولوية خلال العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري.

It recommends that activities such as those contained in the report of the Secretary-General be undertaken during the Third Decade to combat racism and racial discrimination and reviewed at mid-term.
وأوصت اللجنة بأن يتم خلال العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتفرد العنصري الاضطلاع بأنشطة مثل تلك المذكورة في تقرير اﻷمين العام، وبأن يعاد النظر فيها في منتصف الفترة.

20. Recommends that the activities mentioned in the report of the Secretary-General be undertaken during the Third Decade to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination and be reviewed at mid-term;
٠٢ ـ توصي بالاضطلاع باﻷنشطة المشار إليها في تقرير اﻷمين العام خلال العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وبإجراء استعراض لهذه اﻷنشطة في منتصف المدة؛

The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and other United Nations bodies must have sufficient resources to build on the achievements of the past and to continue their efforts during the Third Decade to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination.
ويجب أن تتوافر للجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري وغيرها من هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة موارد كافية لتعزيز إنجازات الماضي ومواصلة بذل جهودها خلال العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري.
