3- تسعى كل دولة طرف إلى اجراء تقييم دوري لما هو موجود من صكوك قانونية وممارسات عمومية ذات صلة، بغية كشف ما بها من وَهَن في مواجهة الفساد() [والأفعال الاجرامية المتصلة بالفساد].
