9.2 The authors consider that it is inadmissible at this stage for the State party to introduce an argument concerning the remedy of " associated prosecution " in light of the fact that the State party was given two earlier opportunities to comment on the question of admissibility, besides which this remedy would be costly and would not bring any effective relief.
