124. The Special Committee intends to continue its consideration of further measures to bring to an end the activities of foreign economic and other interests which are impeding the implementation of the Declaration in Territories under colonial domination and efforts to eliminate colonialism, apartheid and racial discrimination in southern Africa.
٤٢١ - وتعتزم اللجنة الخاصة مواصلة النظر في اتخاذ مزيد من التدابير من أجل وضع نهاية ﻷنشطة المصالح اﻷجنبية، الاقتصادية وغيرها، التي تعرقل تنفيذ اﻹعلان في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت السيطرة الاستعمارية، وفي الجهود الرامية الى القضاء على الاستعمار والفصل العنصرى والتمييز العنصري في الجنوب الافريقي.

4. Condemns those activities of foreign economic and other interests in the colonial and Non-Self-Governing Territories which are impeding the implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, contained in General Assembly resolution 1514 (XV), and the efforts to eliminate colonialism, apartheid and racial discrimination;
٤ - تدين أنشطة المصالح اﻷجنبية، الاقتصادية وغيرها، العاملة في اﻷقاليم المستعمرة وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي التي تعوق تنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة، الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ١٥١٤ )د - ١٥(، وتعرقل الجهود الرامية الى القضاء على الاستعمار والفصل العنصري والتمييز العنصري؛

5. ٥ - تدين أنشطة المصالح اﻷجنبية الاقتصادية وغيرها من المصالح العاملة في اﻷقاليم المستعمرة التي تعوق تنفيذ إعــلان منــح الاستقــلال للبلــدان والشعوب المستعمرة، الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ٤١٥١ )د - ٥١( وتعرقل الجهود الرامية الى القضاء على الاستعمار والفصل العنصري والتمييز العنصري؛
