I have the honour to submit the eighteenth annual report of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991, dated 31 July 2011, to the General Assembly and the Security Council, pursuant to article 34 of the statute of the International Tribunal.

The eighteenth annual report of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 outlines the activities of the Tribunal for the period from 1 August 2010 to 31 July 2011.
1 - يعرض التقرير السنوي الثامن عشر للمحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة الأشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة منذ عام 1991 أنشطة المحكمة خلال الفترة من 1 آب/أغسطس 2010 إلى 31 تموز/يوليه 2011.

The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the General Assembly and to the members of the Security Council the eighteenth annual report of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, submitted by the President of the Tribunal in accordance with article 32 of its statute (see Security Council resolution 955 (1994), annex), which states:
