The members of the Committee elected at the first election shall begin their term of office on the date of the first meeting of the Committee.
تبدأ مدة عضوية أعضاء اللجنة المنتخبين في الانتخاب الأول في تاريخ انعقاد الجلسة الأولى للجنة.

In accordance with the same provision, the term of 6 of the members elected at the first election shall expire at the end of two years.
وتنص الفقرة نفسها على أن تنتهي بعد سنتين مدة عضوية ستة من الأعضاء المنتخبين في الانتخاب الأول.

Note: Elections of members are governed by article 17 of the Convention. Members are elected for terms of four years, except for the terms of 11 of the members elected at the first election, which expired after two years.
