UNCTAD should give consideration to the possibility of reconvening the group on a regular basis to provide for a forum where developing countries, in particular the least developed among them, can benefit from a institutionalized dialogue on best practices in electronic commerce and international transport services as a means of facilitating trade.
22- ينبغي أن ينظر الأونكتاد في إمكانية إعادة عقد اجتماعات هذا الفريق على أساس منتظم بغية إيجاد محفل يمكن فيه للبلدان النامية، وخاصة منها أقل البلدان نمواً، أن تستفيد من قيام حوار مؤسسي بشأن أفضل الممارسات في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية وخدمات النقل الدولي كوسيلة لتيسير التجارة.

Experts again stressed the importance of human resource development and called upon UNCTAD to develop and deliver training materials and disseminate information on the latest developments in the field of electronic commerce and international transport services.
27- وأكد الخبراء مجدداً أهمية تنمية الموارد البشرية، وأهابوا بالأونكتاد بأن يقوم بتطوير وتقديم المواد التدريبية ونشر المعلومات عن أحدث التطورات في ميدان التجارة الإلكترونية وخدمات النقل الدولي(19).
