Staff members shall be eligible for home leave provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:
وللموظفين الحق في إجازة زيارة الوطن إذا استوفيت الشروط التالية:

Staff members whose home country is either the country of their official duty station or the country of their normal residence while in the Court's service shall not be eligible for home leave.
ولا يكون للموظف الحق في إجازة زيارة الوطن إذا كان بلده الأصلي هو ذات البلد الذي يقع فيه مركز عمله الرسمي أو البلد الذي يقيم فيه بصفة اعتيادية أثناء عمله بالمحكمة.
