Under the provisions of article 1 of this Emergency Ordinance:
وبموجب أحكام المادة 1 من هذا القرار الاستعجالي:

The annex to this Emergency Ordinance includes identification data provided by the United Nations Security Council in respect of persons suspected of financing certain acts of terrorism.
ويشمل مرفق هذا القرار الاستعجالي البيانات المتعلقة بهوية الأشخاص المشتبه بتمويلهم بعض الأعمال الإرهابية، والواردة أسماؤهم في قائمة مجلس الأمن.

h) Emergency Ordinance 96 / 2003 regarding the protection of maternity at work place
(ح) مرسوم الطوارئ 96/2005 المتعلق بحماية الأمومة في أماكن العمل.

In accordance with this Law, Government Emergency Ordinance No. 141/2001 and Government Emergency Ordinance No. 159/2001 had been abolished and a Department for Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism had been established in the Prosecutor's Office of the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
وبحكم هذا القانون، أُلغي مرسوم الطوارئ الحكومي رقم 141/2001 ومرسوم الطوارئ الحكومي رقم 159/2001، وأُنشئت إدارة للتحقيق في الجريمة المنظمة والإرهاب في مكتب المدعي العام بالمحكمة العليا للنقض والعدالة.

Art. 20 paragraph 3 of Emergency Ordinance no.137/2000 stipulates that the sanctions and findings of the minor offences provided for in this ordinance shall be conducted by the members of the National Council for Combating Discrimination.
والفقرة 3 من المادة 20 من مرسوم الطوارئ رقم 137/2000 تنص على أن عقوبات وأحكام المخالفات الثانوية المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم سيطبقها أعضاء المجلس الوطني لمكافحة التمييز.

30. The Government of Romania, in its communication dated 25 May 2004, reported that Emergency Ordinance No. 194/2002 set the rules for the entry, stay and departure of aliens, the rights and obligations thereof, as well as specific measures to control immigration.
30 - وذكرت حكومة رومانيا، في رسالتها المؤرخة 25 أيار/مايو 2004، أن مرسوم الطوارئ رقم 194/2002 يُرسي قواعد دخول الأجانب وإقامتهم ومغادرتهم، وحقوقهم والتزاماتهم بهذا الشأن، وكذلك تدابير محددة لمراقبة الهجرة.

The target groups specified by the legal provisions are the national, sexual, ethnic, racial minorities, social categories disfavored on grounds of beliefs, age, sex or sexual orientation -- art. 10 of Emergency Ordinance No. 137/2000.
والمجموعات المستهدفة التي نصت عليها الأحكام القانونية هي الأقليات الوطنية والجنسية والعرقية والعنصرية، والفئات الاجتماعية غير المفضلة على أساس المعتقدات أو السن أو الجنس أو التوجه الجنسي - المادة 10 من مرسوم الطوارئ رقم 137/2000.

As regards discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, the Romanian Parliament confirmed the de-criminalization of homosexuality during the reporting period by adopting Law no.61 of January 16th 2002 approving the Emergency Ordinance no.89/2001 for amending certain provisions of the Penal Code related to the sexual life.
وفيما يتعلق بالتمييز على أساس التوجه الجنسي، صدق البرلمان الروماني على إزالة الصفة الجنائية من المثلية الجنسية أثناء فترة إعداد التقرير عن طريق اعتماد القانون رقم 61 في 16 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002 الذي يقر مرسوم الطوارئ رقم 89/2001 بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون العقوبات التي تتعلق بالحياة الجنسية.

50. Ms. Bokpé-Gnacadja, referring to article 2, observed that Emergency Ordinance No. 137/2000 whose broad provisions were outlined in the report sought to safeguard vulnerable minorities and social categories of various kinds, and to guarantee equality before the law.

In order to prevent and limit the abuses to the working location, sexual harassment was incriminated by the Emergency Ordinance no.89/2001 on the amendment of some provisions of the Penal Code related to offences connected to sexual life (endorsed by Law no. 61/2002).
وبغية منع استغلال مكان العمل والحد من ذلك، جرى تجريم التحرش الجنسي عن طريق مرسوم الطوارئ رقم 89/2001، المعني بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون العقوبات المتصلة بالمخالفات التي تتعلق بالحياة الجنسية (صدق عليه القانون رقم 61/2002).

Pursuant to this provision, the National Bank of Romania issued the Norms no. 5/2001, that stipulates all operations under previous approval, carried out by the persons provided by the art.5 of the Emergency Ordinance.
ووفقا لهذا النص فإن المصرف الوطني لرومانيا قد أصدر القاعدة رقم 5/2001 التي تشمل جميع العمليات التي سبقت الموافقة عليها والتي ينفِّذها الأشخاص المنصوص عليهم في المادة 5 من القرار الاستعجالي.

So, carrying out, within or from Romania, of collecting funds or soliciting of other form of support from other countries is punished according to art 15 of the Emergency Ordinance mentioned above.

The Romanian Government issued the Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2001 published in Official Gazette of Romania no. 691/31.10.2001, which defined the terrorist acts and provide the sanctions for these acts.
