(ب) إذا كان كل من الزوج والزوجة موظفا لدى الأمم المتحدة يجوز تحويل أي جزء متبقٍ دون استعمال من إجازة الأمومة كان يحق للأم أن تحصل عليه بموجب الفقرة (أ) أعلاه أو بموجب القاعدة 106/3 (أ) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، إلى إجازة أبوة يستعملها والد الطفل، بالشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام.
