10. 3. Lastly, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the necessary human and financial assistance to carry out his mandate efficiently, effectively and expeditiously and to enable him to submit an interim report to it at its fifty-fourth session.
٣ - وطلبت الجمعية العامة في النهاية إلى اﻷمين العام أن يوفر للمقرر الخاص كل المساعدة البشرية والمالية اللازمة للاضطلاع بولايته على نحو يتسم بالفعالية والسرعة ولتمكينه من تقديم تقرير مؤقت بشأن هذه المسألة إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين.
