(هـ) تشجع الدول على أن تنفذ سياسات وبرامج لفائدة العاملات المهاجرات تراعى فيها الفوارق بين الجنسين، وأن توفر للعاملات المهاجرات القنوات الآمنة والقانونية التي تعترف بمهاراتهن وتعليمهن وأن تيسر لهن العمالة المنتجة والعمل اللائق وإدماجهن في القوة العاملة في مجالات عدة منها التعليم والعلوم والتكنولوجيا؛
