ونهيب أيضاً بجميع الدول الأطراف أن تستخدم تلك الصكوك وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة من أجل تعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب بكل أشكاله ومظاهره ومكافحة تمويله، على نحو يشمل سماته الآخذة في التطوُّر.
