At its forty-ninth session, the General Assembly had adopted resolution 49/94 entitled “Enhanced international cooperation towards a durable solution to the external debt problem of developing countries”.
وقد اتخذت الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين القرار ٤٩/٩٤ المعنون " تعزيز التعاون الدولي من أجل إيجاد حل دائم لمشكلة الديون الخارجية للبلدان النامية " .

We welcome the consensus adoption of the draft resolution entitled “Enhanced international cooperation towards a durable solution to the external debt problem of developing countries”, which was sponsored by Algeria on behalf of the Group of 77 and China and by Indonesia on behalf of the non-aligned countries and is contained in document A/49/727/Add.2.
ونرحب بالاعتماد بتوافق اﻵراء لمشروع القرار المعنون: " تعزيز التعاون الدولي من أجل إيجاد حل دائم لمشكلة الديون الخارجية للبلدان النامية " الذي شاركت في تقديمه الجزائر باسم مجموعة اﻟ ٧٧ والصين، واندونيسيا باسم بلدان عدم الانحياز، وهو يرد في الوثيقة A/49/727/Add.2.

At the 35th meeting, on 13 December, the Vice-Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Arjan P. Hamburger (Netherlands), introduced a draft resolution entitled " Enhanced international cooperation towards a durable solution to the external debt problem of developing countries " (A/C.2/49/L.76), which he submitted on the basis of informal consultations held on draft resolution A/C.2/49/L.12.
